CSB Concepts LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the FRED platform (“Service”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, protect, share, and delete information when you use our Service.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information

When you register for FRED, we collect your name, email address, company name, and contact information. This information is provided directly by you during account setup.

1.2 Amazon Seller Data

When you authorize FRED to access your Amazon Seller Central account through Amazon’s OAuth 2.0 authorization flow, we access the following data categories based on the roles you authorize:

Product listing information (titles, descriptions, keywords, images, attributes)
Pricing data (list prices, competitive pricing)
Order and sales data (revenue, units, session data)
Inventory data (FBA stock levels, inbound shipments, fulfillment status)
Financial data (fees, refunds, settlements, advertising costs)
Advertising campaign data (campaigns, keywords, bids, performance metrics)
Brand analytics data (search query performance, market share)

1.3 Data We Do Not Collect

FRED does not access or store Amazon customer personally identifiable information (PII) such as buyer names, shipping addresses, or payment information. We do not request Restricted Data Token (RDT) access.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect exclusively for the following purposes:

To provide the FRED Service — analyzing your Amazon account data, generating optimization recommendations, executing approved changes, and producing reports.
To communicate with you about your account, recommendations, alerts, and service updates.
To improve and maintain the Service — identifying bugs, monitoring performance, and enhancing features.
To comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your Amazon seller data for any purpose other than providing the Service to you. We do not use your data to train AI models. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for their own purposes.

3. How We Store and Protect Your Information

All data is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure via Supabase, a SOC 2 compliant database platform.
Data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher.
Data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption.
Amazon API refresh tokens are stored in encrypted database columns with row-level security.
Access to production databases is restricted to authorized personnel through role-based access controls.
All data access events are logged in an audit trail retained for 90 days.
We do not store Amazon seller data on local machines, personal devices, removable media, or unsecured cloud applications.

4. How We Share Your Information

Amazon seller data accessed through the Selling Partner API is used exclusively to provide FRED’s services to the authorizing seller. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:

Service Providers: We use Supabase (database hosting on AWS), Anthropic (AI model provider for analysis — your data is processed but not retained by Anthropic for model training), and Vercel (web hosting). These providers process data solely to enable the Service.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose data if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
With Your Consent: We may share data in other circumstances with your explicit consent.

We never sell, rent, license, or otherwise provide your Amazon seller data to third parties for their own commercial purposes.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your Amazon seller data for the duration of your active FRED subscription plus 30 days.
If you revoke FRED’s access through Amazon Seller Central or terminate your account, we delete all associated Amazon seller data within 30 days.
API call audit logs are automatically purged after 90 days.
Upon request from Amazon, we will delete specified data within 30 days.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at admin@csbconcepts.com.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access the data we hold about your account.
Request correction of inaccurate data.
Request deletion of your data.
Revoke FRED’s access to your Amazon account at any time through Seller Central.
Opt out of non-essential communications.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
