Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the FRED platform (“Service”) operated by CSB Concepts LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

FRED is an AI-powered Amazon account management platform that connects to your Amazon Seller Central account via Amazon’s Selling Partner API (SP-API) and Amazon Advertising API. The Service provides automated monitoring, analysis, optimization recommendations, and — with your approval — execution of changes to your Amazon advertising campaigns and product listings.

2. Authorization and Access

To use FRED, you must authorize the Service to access your Amazon Seller Central account through Amazon’s OAuth 2.0 authorization flow. You represent that you have the authority to grant this access and that your use of the Service complies with Amazon’s terms of service. You may revoke FRED’s access at any time through Amazon Seller Central.

3. AI-Powered Recommendations

FRED uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic’s Claude models) to analyze your Amazon data and generate recommendations. You acknowledge that:

AI recommendations are based on historical data patterns and may not account for all market variables.
FRED provides reasoning for every recommendation, but the accuracy of predictions is not guaranteed.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving significant changes to your account.
Actions executed automatically within your configured approval thresholds are performed at your direction.

4. No Guarantee of Results

FRED is a tool that assists with Amazon account management. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes including but not limited to revenue increases, profit improvements, ranking improvements, or advertising performance targets. Results depend on many factors beyond our control including product quality, market conditions, competition, Amazon policy changes, and your own business decisions.

5. Your Responsibilities

Maintain accurate cost of goods (COGS) data if you use FRED’s profit calculations.
Review and respond to recommendations and alerts in a timely manner.
Ensure your Amazon account remains in good standing and complies with Amazon’s terms.
Keep your FRED account credentials secure.
Provide accurate business information during registration.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its AI models, algorithms, user interface, and documentation, is the intellectual property of CSB Concepts LLC. Your use of the Service does not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited license to use the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CSB Concepts LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of business opportunity. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by revoking FRED’s access through Amazon Seller Central and notifying us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required to comply with Amazon’s policies. Upon termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
